I agree with you Tankman. At no stage did I say that it is illegal stuff or they are using it. It just looked weird that you give another guy a handfull of small sealed syringes. I am sure their is a logical explanation for this. Good luck in bleeding your brakes with those small syringes. My question: Do the "top" guys inject themselves with any LEGAL drugs?

So i did the USN Race at Olifantsfontein a few weeks back and saw the one guy give his friend a handfull of sealed syringes and needles. It looked very suspicious to me. Do the top racers inject them with LEGAL performance enhanced substances? Do you even get LEGAL stuff to inject. I am not a top 100 finisher so i dont know if this is standard practice for the top guys. What happened with GI32 and a banana before every race?

Ordered some stuff for the 1st time from CWC yesterday. Received them today in JHB. VERY IMPRESSED CWC!

I can also make 16:30 tomorrow afternoon. Staying in Honeydewridge. Do you have a track worked out, or will most of the riding be done on the main roads? Would prefer it if we stay of the tar roads.....or must i say away from the cars.

What do you guys think of my DIY bike workstand. Took me a saturday morning to put together. It doesn't look as nice as the ones from CRC, but theirs are not as solid as this one. Orders are welcome. Ok, let me go and find a place where to put it..... (Can also be used to lift heavy parts like car engines etc etc...) BEFORE AFTER

Hi, I crashed during Lion Man and torn my AC Joint Ligaments in my left shoulder. As per two Orthopedic Surgeons, it is a GRADE 3 AC JOINT SEPARATION. Anybody with some knowledge/first hand experience on this type of injury? Operative OR Non-Operative TREATMENT???? Dr1 wants to operate, Dr2 say its not necessary... Thanks
