JB, I suffer from Morton's Neuroma and have been advised, several times, by the orthopedic surgeon to have it removed. But I am too scared. How long could you not exercise for and was it painful? Any regrets now? I run as well, and really worried that I wont be able to run for some time.
For cramping try Hammer Endurolites. Works like a charm for me. Love Hammer and love the way you don't get super hungry on a ride using Perpetum. For recovery, Hammer Recoverite is amazing!
A red & white Centurion Tri2000, beautiful bike. For a very short time was the first one to have STI's and clipless pedals, Shimano 105 and was it a biopace? chainring. Loved that bike! My boyfriend donated it to the gardener a few years ago, while I was overseas! Needless to say he spent a few nights on the couch....
Hi, what would be a good price to pay for a Mavic Cosmic Elite Wheelset with a 10 spd DuraAce cluster. Need to make the owner a price and I am clueless. Also what would be the better wheelset, mavic cosmic elite or should I look around for Ksyrium elite wheelset. Need training tyres for TT. Bought a new TT bike but it has racing rims on, which I do not want to train with. Would really appreciate some advise.
Hi, I bought a Merida last year, before knowing about this website, and honestly I would have gotten a must better bike if I bought second hand off this website. ?Stick around a bit. ?Not unhappy with my Merida, but would go for the Felt if I had the choice. Enjoy your new bike though. ?
Can anybody give me a review on this bike. ?I have an opportunity to buy such a bike, but cant find any meaningful reviews on the bike. ?I have heard that all QR's are off centre, but not to sure what this means? ?Would appreciate any comments. ?
