Hi Reinhart Thanks but I can't do earlier than 6h45 as need to drop my son at school before I can ride. But I'm determined to find a way to do this safely, particularly now that I've replaced my bike and got wheels again. I had to have surgery last week so out of action until end of March but then want to cycle. May just take a chance. Sure will be others on the trail about 7h00. Ciao

Thanks. Anyone want to commute from Newlands to CBD Tuesdays and Thursdays? Maybe more often if works out efficiently. Mornings leaving Newlands about 7.15am (need to check how long ride from SACS school onto path). Leaving CBD 4pm (again must check how long from office to path).

Hi, just moved to Cape Town and like to commute Newlands to CBD along mountain at 7am. Is that safe on my own? will I see other riders? Just had my Scott Spark stolen (from garage) so wary of losing another bike! Any info appreciated
