Make sure its a "SLIMED TUBE" our Sani2c was ruined last year because We did not have a slimed tube , remember Your current tyre might be full of thorns , that are sealed by the current slime thats in Your tyre , So when You put a unslimed tube in the rim , You WILL NOT get that tube inflated as the thorns will penatrate the tube , and there s no sealant to seal ,

Forgot one step , after You changed it , Go to " Personal Information ", On that screen You change all Your other Personal information , Click Save , On the bottom left off the screen theres a Tab " Send to Device" Click on that and Your problem is solved

I had the same problem , new version 3 seems to be a problem , MONS is correct go Garmin Connect , Create a user account if You dont have one , Click on Your name , a drop down menu will appear click "settings" , that will take You to another page , On the left will be another Menu , Cick on "Display Preferences" On that screen You change Language , Measurement Units etc .

I agree it was a flop , not because of the goodie bag issue , At the start the Marshals ran around like shepards chasing sheep in a kraal , Come on Guys this is KZN S premier cycling event ,MAKE IT ATTRACTIVE !! I agree there is nothing in a goodie bag that You can use ! But one issue that is realy hard to swallow is that 90% of the major road running events the organisers include T-SHIRTS in Your racepack , and the entry fee for these events are much cheaper than most of the cycling races , I will not enter for this event in 2012 because the entry fee is very high , Look it is full road closure but It is still to much money for what You get , include at least a cap or a pair off socks , Not even to mention a T-SHIRT ,

I am shopping for a 2nd Hand carbon frame , Where do I look for any cracks or damage on the powerpoints , What frames are the strongest . Is it a big chance Im taking in purchasing a second hand carbon road frame . Could anybody please help .
