When ido go back I'm not looking at HR max etc,I learnt ,when running 6 hour comrades,sometimes ,just keep pulse and watch off,and go as the body feels

My whole respiratory system got infected,mid jan,I wont think of jumping on my bike till April ,running my bussiness is very physical,I cant even load an item of furniture,and I'm gassed,point is guys whatever you decide take it easy,we think we are forcibly strengthening our system by overworking it,you could end up stressing your heart,and that's a whole other issue

Hi guys I got infected late december,went for bike ride 3rd jan,felt a bit fluish,being an ex 6 hour comrades runner I thought I will just wait it out,neglected to go to the doctor for 9 days,by then it had decimated my lungs,family insisted I stay out of hospital,they got me oxygen machine ,nebulizer etc. Then found a brilliant young doctor,but he said we now dealing with the equavilent of double pneumonia. My advice guys ,if you feeling fluish go to doctor for tests etc immediately, covid is not just 1 thing ,it can attack any area of your body,I learnt the hard way,this disease is real. I'm only hoping and praying for a full recovery. Take care guys and gals

Our dear old lady,braamfontein spruit,have loved her for many years now,rode her on new years day,felt very safe,though she is the the most neglected I have ever seen her,as is most of our parks actually,what also came to light was that the vagrants were actually way more friendly the the arrogant dog walkers and pedestrians,do they not realise we pay same rates and taxes that they do,or are they future land claimants to that area. Guess I will ride somewhere else for a while till her legs are shaved and she has been nipped and tucked.

Hi Hubbers. I am about to send my fox shock to cogent industries for a major service. The question is,can a shock be resprayed,?And if so who does it ,and where to get the decals again. Thank you in advance
