any advice on how to remove a very stuck shimano spd pedal from a XX crank. It is properly stuck! Bike shop tried the normal pedal tools. Even removed the pedal and put the spindle in a view. No luck. What next?

What an awesome event - well-done and thanks to PWC for putting on a great day. A tough 40km route took us though many private tracks in the Cradle area - fantastic riding! We all enjoyed the hospitality at the finish area with our families. A great way to start summer 2013!!

hubbers - i am going to the USA for a few weeks holiday - what should i be putting on my shopping list? Upgrades and cool kit for the bike (Specialized Epic 29er) are obvious priority and then electronics for the lounge, then cool stuff for the kids and then the odd thing for the Mrs? Ideas pleas gents.....

Does anyone have any detail on the guy that came off yesterday at Northern Farm? When we passed he did not look good at all - parameds and rescue teams everywhere. Thoughts are with his family.

It is really disappointing to me, he was my hero and has done so much for the sport of cycling and of course the work for cancer. I don't want to believe it but seems I am gonna have to? The whole situation sux!

What do I need to change the wheel setting to on my Polar to work wiht a 29er wheel? The 26inch setting was 2054. 'Day off to the first correct post!
