Really sorry to hear about the mugging. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. A year ago, I regularly cycled alone on table mountain, starting and ending at Rhodes. Thankfully no incidents. Wont take that chance again. Its very sad that we have to let them win.... Will only ride in larger groups, seems groups of 2 not a deterrent.

Are Titus bicycles no more? Their website is still up but someone mentioned that they are bankrupt. Does anyone have info. I have a Moto-Lite.....

I too made the transition from road to mountain 2 years ago. Great to be in the mountains. Did the Sani 2 C adventure race this year, partner and I were the only 2 muslims, I think. Had an awesome time and everyone was friendly. Only problem is we had to go vegetarian. When we got to the finish, wives were waiting with masala steak sandwiches.

I have a Titus MotoLite Bent my hanger and need to straighten it and buy a replacement. Where can I get one here in Cape Town area. Has anyone used derailleurhanger.com
