Helped a team out at "Xterra Grabouw" with the Bike leg, super fun Experience,..I could get use to it

"It starts by getting up" Up until 1 January 2017, I went through a 2year slog, lacking motivation and no desire to do what I so loved doing. I turned that ship in my mind, and two months on, my mind is clearer, I feel motivated, and the enjoyment of riding my bike is back again! Thanks to Dennis Lamminga and the Sportsworld Group rides for playing such a big part in this! Cheers to many more kilometers!

Not even close,..this is my weekday, Sportsworld Loops blade, Friday afternoons the 30 or 32 get slapped on for trail riding ????????
