Hi,
If you are uncomfortable on your bike, or simply looking to get the best performance out of your cycling look no further than ErgoFit.
ErgoFiT and ErgoMAX are scientifically formulated cycling ergonomic products engineered by Dr Jeroen Swart(as seen on SuperCycling) of Science to Sport.
Unlike other bicycle fitment products which use static measurements of body proportions, ErgoFiT incorporates dynamic values such as flexibility and neuromuscular efficiency to accurately predict optimal bike fit.
ErgoFit is a system successfully used by the Bonitas Professoinal cycling team as well as the CSA High Performance mountain bike athletes.

Dear all
Please excuse our team mate. He is a bit unusual at the best of times! But we still love him
Novak you wouldnt find me dead in a Mr Price setup not even if they paid me.
Why so negative about the Mr Price set up? They have always been good to the team and I.
Hey guys,
I am a GT Mr Price rider, and just to clear my and the team's name, it wasn't me. I was out racing De Grendel. Although I have done it in the past(we are all guilty of it at some stage) we are all responsible riders and don't do anything to put our team and sponsors name into disrepute.
GT Mr Price is an awesome set up and we are very privileged to have such great support!

Business is picking up and customers are happy. I will be at the Lourensford MTB race this weekend so come and chat to me if you have any queries.
Hi what is the product
A bike set or an actual power meter
I am not clear
D
Howzit,
ErgoFit is a bike set up product that takes into account an individual's flexibility and neuromuscular efficiency. It is therefore possible to set you up so that you lose no power due to over flexed/ stretched muscles and also are in a position relevant to how much you ride so that your muscles are capable of working efficiently. Thats a fair point. There just seems to be a bit a bit of a lack of races like that in the Western Cape. Meurant does from time to time organise great events with good prize money which I am thankful for, and there are a few other events out there like the new event Oude Molen this past weekend, but they are still few and far between.
On the cycling safety side of things I would like to see more road signs out on the Cape Peninsula warning motorists of cyclists, particularly on fast and dangerous pieces of roads like Ou Kaapse weg, Glen Cairn express way, and Cape Point. It amazes me how conservationists have managed to get "beware of leopard toad" signs all over the peninsula, yet there are still no "beware of cyclists" signs. Who is more important, cyclists(human beings), or toads? PPA should be the voice to get these in place, shouldn't they?
I would like to add my two cents worth if I may, on behalf of the racers out there.
First of all I think there are many more than 20 of you out there who are reading this and agreeing whole heartedly, but not having the guts to join the conversation. I had to say something as I am not the type to just let things that concern me just run by me.
I am an elite level mountain biker, and I think it is shocking what little recognition and respect we get at the mountain bike races that PPA organise. Not that it is about the money, but there are virtually no prizes awarded to us who travel all the way out to a race to support the event. The usual response that I get from a PPA official when I ask if I should stay around for prize giving is "mountain bikers only ride for the fun of it".
While that is true to a certain degree I think that they are really under addressing a need in the Cape to promote racing and competition, and to give us something to compete for. I thought is was really swak that the winner of the Hex River Valley race earlier this year only got a bottle of wine as a prize, while 2nd and 3rd got bugger all. I have done club races overseas where up to 20th place was paid out!
I think it is a disgrace

Hi Ronelle,
Check out my website http://www.renayg.wordpress.com/ergofit or visit http://www.sciencetosport.com for more info on why our system so is accurate.
Here is another happy customer from a bike set up I did last week.
Frank Adrian "Hey Renay
I did some serious riding this weekend and my bike is really feeling great!!"
He ride approx 15 hours a week and was amazed at the difference it made.
Try not to stuff yourself at dinner time in an effort to carbo load. A full stomach often makes it hard to sleep. Rather eat until you are satisfied.
Big thanks to Renay for doing my set-up on Friday. I have been riding XC for 2 years without having a proper set-up done, got it done on Friday and the riding feels 10 times better and more comfortable. Great service and would recommend it to everybody.
Thanks for the Motivational Novak! And to all you who are looking into it, that was a totally un-prompted response! Enough said.
For those of you in Cape Town, I have just started running an ErgoFit bike fitment center from Epic Bike Shop.
If you would like to get your bike set up dialed, or would like to know more please follow this link and check it out.
