Hi everyone. Please be on the lookout for my 2009 Giant TCR C1 Carbon road bike. It was stolen between 14:15 and 16:00 in Stellenbosch @ Paul Roos Gimansium. If ANYONE has any lead on my bike, PLEASE let me know ! I'm desperate. It has a green, white and carbon colour scheme, Shimano Ultegra 6600 groupset, white fizik bar tape, and white fizik arione saddle with kcnc ti prolite seatpost. Hey everyone! So, I got a pair of 2008 Shimano XTR M975 wheels with a shimano lefty hub. Does anyone know the weight of this wheelset? Really want to know, as I am looking on bying some Alexrims XCR PRO (disc) rims. How much weight would I lose with the wheelset if I make that change? Thanks!

Specs are as follows: Cannondale Scalpel Ultimate 2011 frame Fox loat RP23 rearshock Lefty Speed Carbon DLR 110mm Thomson Elite seatpost (31.6mmx410mm) Selle Italia SLR Saddle Cannondale Carbon SI cranks (manufactured by FSA) with BBB chainrings Shimano XTR cluster Shimano XTR chain SRAM X.0 Jockey SRAM X.0 gripshifts SRAM X.7 front derailleur direct mount Look Quarts Carbon Ti pedals Shimano XTR M975 wheelset with Shimano Lefty hub on the front wheel Schwalbe Rocket Ron non UST 26x2.10 tire @ the front Rubena Charybdis Tubeless Supra 26x2.00 tyre @ the back Shimano XTR M975 Hydraulic Disc brakes with XTR pads and discs. Weight: one scale say 9.96kg, while another says 9.52kg. Thinking that 9.52kg sounds more accurate! Wondered if anyone can help me to find ways to lighten this bike, without spending a lot of cash. Hi there! You can ride in Stellenbosch mountain forests, really cool track there called G-spot, it is a thrill and a half going down there on your MTB and also in Botmanskop forests, but I wouldn't advise it tough. Hope you enjoy it!

My max heartrate is 201 according to polar fitness test. Simple calculation: 220-16=204. I have hit 102% with 201 bpm. Does anyone know how much these clinical tests cost? And where can I have it tested in Stellenbosch?

Thing is, shortish legs and big calves don't exactly look good.

I don't know if anybody else has this same problem, but i feel that my calves are getting a bit tTOO big. Any help on how to prevent them getting bigger?
