  2. Next time make sure you pop in at the HQ in Nevers. Next to it is the LOOK Pro Shop....you'll be like a kid in a toy factory.
  3. This is absolutely the best ride you'll ever get! I tested it earlier this year...and it's mind blowing!!! Comes with the ZED cranks, Integrated stem and Keo Blade Cromo pedals.
  4. I can't dictate the prices but you should be able to get the 566 complete bike for about R26 000 and the 576 complete bike for R28 000 through one of my dealers.
  5. The 576 frame will come with the 105 build kit....but this is what the baby can LOOK like.
  6. Hi Guys, I've just received a shipment of LOOK 566 road and 576 TT bikes. They are equipped with Shimano 105 Groupsets, and Mavic Aksium wheels. They'll be going for a steal!! PM me for more details or so that I can put you in touch with one of my dealers. Stock are limited!
  7. It doesn't look like the Shimano tool will work. The tool looks similar but the teeth are a bit different. Try Tony Impey or Westdene...I'm sure they'll be able to open it up for you.
  8. You need the tool. There's a few shops that will be able to open it up for you. Whereabouts do you live?
  9. We've now got stock of the Blade Ti12 & Blade Ti16 pedals.

  12. Hi Guys, If any of you guys are interested in a package tour at the TDF, please PM me with your email address and I'll forward you on the info. LOOK partnered up with a travel company and you'll be able to a ride LOOK test bike for the period in France. This is a once in a life time opportunity.
  13. I found that a few of the 1st generation Quartz pedals did have the tenancy to unclip easier due to the softer spring. It's all sorted with the new pedals with the stiffer springs. It's also very important to follow the instructions when fitting the cleats to make sure you do get your stack right.
  14. There's a special tool needed to open them(same tool as used for Keo Classic or Keo Sprint). Most bike shops do have this tool. There's a set of roller bearings fixed on the axle and a set of internal needle bearings in the body. You'll be ale to change the axle with the bearings no problem.....when they become available from LOOK. Thus far I've either serviced or replaced pedals myself.
  15. The Quartz offers you 3deg angular freedom and about 1.5mm side freedom. I have yet to come across anyone complaining about any knee pain.

    Pedals

Unfortunately not. LOOK Quartz's Cleats are unique to the pedals. They might engage in some other pedal brands, but won't be safe to use.
  17. Just pull a small bag over it...and fasten it with an elastic. Work's for me.
  18. Just a reminder that you guys should vote for the pedals that you know/think are the best around....not for the OEM pedals supplied on the bike when you purchased it.
  19. Sorted...thanks gummibear.
