I travelled sown to Siphofaneni, a town in the Kingdom of Eswatini on tarmac. For 47km then hit gravel for 40km and the rest of the road home was tarmac as well, 25km of it. A chilled solo cross country ride totaling 112km at an average speed of 18km/h taking me 6 hours to complete. The scenery was amazing while riding in the bush.

I was up and down mountains and valleys did 57km MTB ride. Who said only pigs enjoy the mud. It was testing yet fun!! Too much fun

Every Sunday I have some extensive and intimate time with my darling. On a daily basis I commute to work a short 7km a day. Last week Sunday I was out, climbing mountains. The scenery ????????????
