This is Awesome! Is this common knowledge? It's new to me.

Do people really colour code ? I do not shave my legs and I am both runner and mountain biker. Maybe one day when I big I could shun running shoes, I am not there yet... and I cant wear a loose fitting shirt when I take part in duathlon because I wont have any nipples left afterwards Sometimes its not about codes and more about what works I suppose...
