  1. Hi all, When racing with a hydration pack, how do you know how much you have drunk? With two bottles you can tell at a glance how much fluid you have taken. I borrowed a pack this weekend and was amazed at how much was left at the finish. Which is the best method...bottles or pack? Thanks
  2. Hi all, read a very interesting article about milk being the best liquid to use to rehydrate oneself during exercise(cycling). This was compared to water and an energy drink. Looking forward to a Super Moo at the next drinks table!

  4. Hi all, I have an old achilles injury which is part of the reason I am on a bike and not running( Dont get me wrong, I am loving the bike!). Does anyone have any experience with achilles injuries and the affect riding may have on it. I do feel tenderness after a long ride, but not discomfort...yet. Enjoying the forums, thanks...lots to learn here!
