Did my maiden (introductory) MTB ride in August this year 20k's (2nd), and the bug bit. Did 7-dams (12k, 1st), Boertjiefees (20k, 1st), Crater cruise (56km, 12th in category next year the 103km), Mokala (80km, 5th overall what an experience... ), Erfenis (70km, 10th another great learning curve race for me). Would like to attempt some multi-stage races next year. All this was achieved on a Dual suspension MTB weighing in @ 16.98kg with front and rear coil spring suspension. Had a blast these past 4 and a half months , cannot wait, at last after saving up am getting a decent Dual Suss-er end of December... :clap:

67km Route consist of Jeep track, single track, NO track, some forest section (technical) and dam-crossings. Do not have a profile of the route, anyone know where we can get a profile? It all comes down to the terrain, Sand and NO track section slow you down a bit. No sand on this route so it will be a great fun ride, especially the forest and single track sections is very enjoyable...

Enjoyed the MTB race, nice and sunny, not very windy, got my cycling tan... well organized with LBS'es expo. Congrats to Pieter from Park Cycle's for winning the best LBS exhibition Sunday's road race was a bit windy , some nice climbs and very fast. Loved it ! We were entertained by local musicians Saturday/Sunday in the hospitality arena , well done OFM! My diary is booked for next year's OFM...

Definitely no Cycle shop @ 78 Church Street. This guy can be traced. To get access to the internet you have to have a connection provided by a service provider.
