After finishing my first ultra in June, the bug has bitten so I've signed up for the Trans Gran Canaria ultra (84k, ~4200m of elevation gain) in February as a way of escaping the European winter for a week. It's a pretty big step up from my first one, but I'm all about questionable decisions.
Depending on how that goes, I'm also going to try to enter one of the Zugspitz ultras (trying to decide between running the 44km with a mate, or going longer on either the 60 or 80km races) or the Laugavegur ultra in Iceland. Won't be able to do both because I'll get divorced if I try to.
