  1. I suppose where I ride, we put the equipment to the real test.
  2. Dont get the lefty. So many ppl I know here, who once had them, complained and I dont even see them around any more. It was just a bad idea from the beginning!
  3. Me riding down one of the many rock slabs in Rossland, BC, Canada. Just luv em!
  4. That pic with the bridge is not on the NS. I dont recognise the trail but then again, I have not ridden every trail on the shore. How about the guys who ride Whistler on the quads? or the guy who rides with one arm. I've seen him at Whistler too. Rookie_ryda2007-10-10 16:40:49
  5. Mint Sauce It was great meeting you at Whiz. I tell you, it is heaven! I am truly spoilt, as I ride it every week. I was there on Tues (took the day off) and rode with a Canadian racer and a friend. He was giving me tips on how to clear the tables on Aline. Having said that I much prefer the technical lines in Garbanzo. Did you get to ride Original Sin? I see you rode In Deep and Facrobat. OS has some awesome rock faces. Goats Gully is also a knarly trail but fun. I think my 2 favorite trails are Dirt Merchant (cos I can do the rock drops and step downs) and Schleyer (for the fade away ramp under the chair, rock faces and rock drops). CRAP, you should have told me you have mo armour. You looked naked in those pics. I have spare armour at home. I always wear my Dianese body suit, hard shell leg armour and fullface for Whiz. Please let me know when you visit again and spend some time in Van will ya! We'll have to take you to CBC and some other shore trails. Should I rub it in that I rode Fromme last night (Lower Oilcan and Crippler) and will be riding Cypress on Sat. Perhaps Seymour on Sun with another visitor. AND I will remind you to chat to Noel for a Knolly demo. We've been riding Cypress with him in the summer. How is this for a small world... I rode Whiz last Sat, then went to a bday party in Squamish on the way home. Noel and some other people I know rode a new trail in Squamish and Kira (girl from Disneyland and Bike patrol manager in Whiz) was also there. Vancouver - my outdoor playground.
  6. I live in Canada, and if I lock my bike to the car (when at the pub for post riding bevs), I always ensure that I can see the bike from where I am sitting. I also use a fat cable and 2/3 different locks. If i stay up at Whistler for the weekend, I take the bike into the townhouse with me (Mint sauce saw the bikes inside). I never leave my bikes unattended.
