  1. I donate more than 1 day to CSA by entering races to ensure that at least some funds are available.
  2. Very sad, and just a little while back we had to hear where all the money from race entries were going. CSA painted themselves in glory once again.
  3. I do the following for stage races and have never had a problem: 1. Apply surgical spirits daily after showering for a period of 2 weeks prior to the event. Do not worry your skin does not get hard 2. Tea Tree Oil (20% Australian blend) as lubricant 3. Clean bibs every day 4. Remove bibs asap after finishing your ride 5. Get to the showers asap after removing bibs 6. Use a mild soap 7. Wear boxers or shorts with lining instead of undies 8. Zam-Buk applied after the shower and again before going to bed Good Luck
  4. I always use Chainreaction Cycles, Wiggle and Shiny Bikes to purchase cycling goods. Even with import duties on clothing it's much cheaper than in SA and stock availability rarely a problem. No import duties are charged on bicycle components. Check out the following: * www.chainreactioncycles.com * www.wiggle.co.uk * www.shinybikes.com
  5. Joaquin - if you know the owners of Brookwood Trout Farm, I suggest you start with them. They have tried to ride a few cyclists off the road before.
