That is unfortunately true. We returned a S725 at the beginning of the year to the shop we bought it from and they filled in the forms and did the couriering. It was quick and the watch was repaired, the courier cost was R50 if I remember correctly. The job is only done in Jhb.

Ek ry loops in Majik Forest, een loop vat my 20 min ek doen 4 as ek met die fiets soontoe gery het anders ry ek 6. Majik is gelukkig redelik veilig, dink ek. Was ook eendag daar waar daar 2 ouens was met 'n hokkie stok. Is maar altyd versigtig veral vir die onderste deel van die single track.
I usually ride Tuesday to Thursday on that road for 2hours. Otherwise 2hours in Majik Forest on Thursday's. I go in the afternoon's. Would be great if we can start a group, I have a road bike I can use for these rides if necessary.
Perpeteum, a product from Hammer. Works like a charm, you make it like pancake dough and sip some every 15min. Has the necessary carbs and proteins, keeps the hunger away as well. You get a small dispenser with it and slip it into your back pocket. Less to carry with.

Heart rate is affected by so many things. What was your training like the week and weeks before the race? You might have had high training stress on your body, this would give you a low hr. Yes hr changes with age, fitness level, emotional or work stress etc etc. The best way to determine your Functional HR (that is not your max) but about 95% to even 105% of your max, would be to take the average of your last race or two. How long ago was your previous race?

One of the farmer's daughters had to pick someone up at the tar road junction and two shots was fired at her!
