My new fork? Sram is a work of art, so keen to get it on

Hi Guys So after a long wait I finally got my Sram rear de railleur The previous one was useless and eventually gave in, in a big way! so I am keen to get back on the bike but before I do, I would just like to find out if it is recommended to re use my old chain (100km) or replace with a new chain? Kthnxbai

If you wanna climb,,,go to kingskloof,,I doubt ill be back there soon unless me and the bike weigh 1kg, some of the climbs are insane

Wrong, I think they should care and offer the customer the best possible solution for his buck, I work in a boat store and if a customer asks for a certain thing I will show him the range of different options find out what yacht its for and recommend the best possible soultion for his price range, Not just "oh buy the Harken one because its 3x the price of the local one and I get more commision",,,Sorry the customer comes first.

I will never waste my time with them, bought my bike from them,,,50km later my crank was screwed as they never tightened it properly as well as various other issues with the bike,,long story short the response from them was to consider upgrading :angry: Probike came to my office, collected the bike, repaired it and returned it back to me a week later...so only two words for cajees,,,,fluck them!!!!

And this morning I got drenched Def gotta order a mudguard!

What clothes do you recommend? I cycle in my work clothes as its only 3km.

Commuting FTW :clap: Been doing it since I went to palma walked +- 11km each day, now im back and been riding or walking ever since its only 3kms so work clothes for me

hahaha - sorry, I find humour in that. Lol im not serious into riding yet so yeah to spend more would be pointless and im mainly using it to commute and then upgrade once i know my way around things

Hi Guys Does any one know what to expect for a frame to be powder coated?? The bike is still in one piece at the moment, Its just some ideas to bling it up a little Im either thinking of getting the frame sand blasted and then powder coated or just having it wrapped in vinyl, I do not intend on keeping the bike pristine for resale cos its just a raleigh and there to get abused as i start out! brake lever is on the left hand side,,,always been that way for me so im happy with it there.

the bike is not steering to left very harshly just very slightly, what I meant to say is that when I hit the front brakes the wheel itself actually moves to the left ie if i am looking down on it, it moves off centre??? while I was trying to fit the new pedals i looked for any play but there was none??
