  1. PnP (PnP brand easy to spot - has a grey lid as opposed to red) and Woollies both stock them. Just look for anything that does NOT say "low fat" or "fat free"
  2. Full cream (Greek) yoghurt with seeds (eg sunflower, pumpkin, or mixed - from Fruit & Veg) and crushed nuts (eg almonds, pecan). Buy all the seeds/nuts and just mix them together in a container! Yoghurt has way less carbs than milk
  3. Just a small addition: 1g alcohol = 7 Cal So something like whisky, with little added carbs (unlike beer) at about 40% proof, will be 280 Cal per 100g, or 70 Cal per 25ml tot Also, 1g pure carb, like sugar = 4 Cal
