  4. Have to agree with Raymond. This photo is a stunner with the rider captured but the rest in the background blurred.. AWESOME photo... Now were are the scuffle photo's....? (Sorry could not help it)
  5. lees in bicycling LA doen 5 ure training ride teen AVERAGE Power van 260-300 watt.. Ek weet hier is mense wat sal s? "so what?". Wel ek kan net droom van sulke average vir n uur..!! om net hierby uit te kom vir my, met NP power, vir n uur is "Going flat out"
  6. Well I dont know about you but I must admit when you going in a really fast bunch it is easier for me to use only one hand with a sachet. Believe me it can get hectic in a fast bunch. With how many hands do you want to open the flask and how can you you give your opinion if you do not know what you talking about ? And do you really think you are the only rider that has ever been in a fast bunch ? Gaan speel liewer met jou klein t@ti. I can give my opinion even if I dont know sheet about it.. Opinions are readily available from me.. Now go play... You waisting time.. Oops you already finished..!!
  7. Yes I have seen those at my LBS and I must say that is very tempting to rather buy a Jug and use as you need to. the cost saving is huge especially if you also use it during long training rides regularly and not only in a race. For a race I will still prefer the sachets. but for training rides I would seriously rather consider buying bulk gel and use as I want. Why would you prefer the sachets on a race ? Have you tried using a flask before ? Well I dont know about you but I must admit when you going in a really fast bunch it is easier for me to use only one hand with a sachet. Believe me it can get hectic in a fast bunch.
  8. did you not get hold of Ernst?

  10. From the deal you put up I understand the deal is that you MUST buy a box of gels to be able to get free box of gels and to be able to buy a shirt. This is a bit of a bummer as I am not doing the 94.7. I am in <?: prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Western Cape. Why limit the shirts to 50. The special on the gels can be limited as that is money you give away, but I do not understand why you want to limit the shirts when people are willing to buy the shirts. If a guy want's to buy the shirt let them be. Even if that end up at 76 shirts.. it. is 26 more shirts that is in people's faces and u might even be able to bring down total cost of shirts with bigger order placed. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
