I know there is a system as my complaint went off to the computer room and once completed on the system I received the CAS Number via text.. the system is however not effective as suggested at linking cases.. I only ever talk from what I have personally experienced..

The system you are refering to doesn’t exist or is not effective at all.. I have actually been tasked by my representation to seek out other victims and case numbers and jurisdictions etc.. the IO in my case that has two dockets is unaware of other dockets when i know and have the details of at least 7 more.. and in the process of convincing four other victims to open cases.. the systems horribly broken.. I’ve done more work in 48 hours and achieved more than months with saps.. that was with my laptop and a mobile phone, and street smarts, although I didn’t have to get out of bed 🤣🤣🤣

Who’s defending this guy.? Himself.? Or does he have representation.?

Like they said in the Bernie Maddoff doc.. “it’s the lawyers billing for hours and hours of work on the cases that are the only winners”.. thats obviously on a much larger scale but I think it’s relevant to what you said..

Seriously dodgey.! 😳 im ashamed to have been involved.. but I promise you my “Captain Fraud” I knew for years and doesn’t look as dodgey on a day to day basis, as the mugshot would imply.. was just an unassuming used car dealer 😭

Yeah it’s the state that decides to consolidate dockets.. last week was arrest week for fraud apparently.! ☠️🤣 My oke was arrested again Thursday(appears in court today) and as per the IRS forensic investigations Facebook page they are approaching the national prosecuting authority to consolidate the cases.. same would need to happen with TB.. Things have really started happening since they got involved.. you guys need to find someone like this to really pursue things properly..

Mine served its purpose in the beginning but man is it boring.. the wife uses it now sometimes to get some cardio in but that’s it.. I don’t even like looking at the thing.. 😅 love my smart trainer and love being out on the Road.. YouTube spin classes and whatnot make it less boring, but only for so long

I hear you.. I’ll tell you, I measured my sit bone, followed the Ergon site and ordered the saddle locally.. I bought it for my mountain bike and I transferred it to my gravel bike and even now using it on my road bike.. I love it, it fits its comfy, it’s amazing quality, professional fitter didn’t have any issue with it for me.. trust the process 😉👍🏻

I have the Ergon sm comp.. it’s awesome.. but you have to measure your sit bone to get a better idea of what saddle you need.. Ergon has a good calculator..

Just seems like such a liability.. esp for trail riding..
