I also operated under that assumption and unfortunately it’s wrong.. I got a judgement against me recently as I didn’t even know about it to defend.. it was served at one of my properties.. and that was good enough for them.. I was floored.. it’s since been sorted out thankfully..

Yeah that’s great if you have someone solid in your corner.. but no, it was bad advice.. the perpetrator bought dodgey cars that got impounded so tied up his capital in the cars and his scheme unraveled as he couldn’t keep up repayments to his investors with such little working capital.. it all came crumbling down.. started doing fraudulent and basicly became a common car thief.. he lost it all and was living at his moms, I believe the assets are either well hidden or squandered.. from what I’ve heard its the latter.. and the oke still recommended forcing liquidation at a starting cost of R75000 and in his own words “it’s not a garauntee.” my response was not favorable.. 🤣🤣 I found my lawyer and we just clicked and he’s taken such good care of me.. he’s been practicing law, specializing in litigation since the 70s.. he f&ck old but still extremely capable and vicious..🤘🏻 ”I don’t let the rat get away”..

So he first thing is he needs to prove his reputation by calling character witnesses or creating character affidavits.? I’ve never really dealt with defamation(yet😳🤣) but financial fraud I’m dealing with personally right now.. agreed, but also not really.. the first consult I did with a big firm in Morningside and the founding partner wasn’t interested and his advisement was ludicrous.. (we talking fraud in the tens of millions😳) you must find solid representation though, just incase😉👍🏻

If anyone does get a letter I would scan that thing for AI use and research the lawyer who’s offices its claimed to have come from.. situations like this you can’t take anything on face value unfortunately

So that’s a complete lie.. you operate under the assumption that those components always need to be replaced.? which is definitely not the case so again, you need to come up with better rationalizations for your business practices.. properly trained people will control that situation quite well actually.. it takes decades of training with a firearm and in addition a martial art, some form of close quarter hand to hand skills will be needed.. remember if a man is stood within arms reach your gun is pretty useless.. now thinking everyday civilians could ever control that situation, is absolutely delusional..

I was putting +-500 rounds a week down range and in various training scenarios, anti hijacking courses, clearing buildings etc, and even with that I decided cycling was not a place for carrying. ive met a guy who claimed he took out three bike jackers in the cradle a couple years back, basically with his bare hands but couldn’t find any reporting on a situation like that.. On a slow mountain bike ride with a chest rig to carry I might consider it.. in the roadie position that chest rig is no good.. Chest rig is the only off body carry I condone, please don’t put it in a bag attached to your bike.!! and yes, rule of thumb here, you draw your firearm, you better use it, and you shoot to kill.. two sides of the story could cause problems for you..

Times are getting tougher and more desperate.. violent crime is on the rise everyday.. we need guns more than ever.. that being said and also the fact that I created this thread, I NO LONGER CARRY FIREARMS everyday due to current life situations having a detrimental effect on my mental health.. my guns we’re in safe storage at a friends shop and I’ve actually cancelled the licences since. As vulnerable as it’s left me feeling, the overwhelming sense that something bad was going to happen left me with no choice.. still love guns🤣🤣

That’s a really good shout mate.! SARS ARE RUTHLESS.. They don’t even need you to appear in court.. they just go straight to the judge and get a court order and attach your bank account.. and that’s that.. checkmate..
