Actually just show you the mentality of some people. "I is like to be driving my bakkie down the road anywhere I can, cause I can, cause I did paid my license also" If you go out and intentionally hit a cyclist on the road you should go to jail. If the cyclist was in the wrong or not. If that was your intention - no tolorance.
