why are they not compatible? they 160mm and the front is unning smoothly

SORRY BB, avid 3, XT rotars!!!! its not catching much but it isn't allowing the whell to rotate freely without resistance

They checked the manual the last time i got it serviced. they reset it but it is still wrong. its for a scott reflex fx 25 (mountain bike) the tyre diameter is 26 1.9 i think
