I decided to go with the shipping option instead of Mango. I used Kulula last year without a problem, but could not find a flight back with Kulula on the day that I need to return that is less than a thousand. I paid less than a thousand last year for both ways and now thanks to ACSA you pay almost a thousand for a one way trip.

Which is the better option to get you bike safely down to the Cape from Jhb and back....a bike transport company or Mango? There is a big difference in pricing...Mango R200x2 and bike transport company R800+.

Thanks rushsportscycling.com. I have a Suunto that I use for regular training out of the pool...currently I do not have any feedback of how hard I have trained in the water.

I need a device that can be used in the swimming pool at the gym and also when I am swimming open water (will probably need a GPS for that). I need speed, HR (that is only for afterwards to review my training), time and distance in the pool and outdoors...I get lazy counting laps in the pool I will us the device for tri-sport...so any add-on is a bonus. Thank you all for your valuable posts.

Ok...I have search the internet to the end and back and cannot find a decent device that can do everything I need for swimming. I have posted a link to a watch that can be used for swimming in a pool…that is it…outside of the pool it is a stopwatch. I need something that can measure HR, speed, distance, number of laps, time etc. Anyone have an idea of something that can do that inside water? Pool Mate

My only problem that I have with them is that their shipping is just bloody expensive. Why don't they keep stock in Gauteng then I don't have to pay for shipping?? BUT....I wanted to buy some tires that they have on special and I phoned them. The guy (Mr x...don't know his name) said they have stock with them here in Pta. I said "awesome" and if it is ok if I pick it up myself then I don't need to pay for shipping...the guy said "NO, I still need to pay for shipping"....WHY!!???! :angry:

How save is it to leave your stuff with the bike, sunglasses, shoes etc? I don't want to get back and I don't have shoes to run with...

:D Why is the JHB Triathlon so expensive??? Do they need to take out insurance if the people die because of the water quality?
