  1. maybe if you are armed to the Jean pant and hit him wiff a swing arm
  2. We all know that south africa is one of the most violent countries in the world which is not in a war. This cannot be more clear than listening to to the news on any given day for a couple of minutes, revealing rapes, murderers, hijacking, suicides etc bla bla bla .. . . Those of us who enjoy the out doors whether it be hiking MTB or road riding we choose to take a risk when doing so. This risk can be minimized by going in a group or by arming your self to the teeth. I personally prefer to ride in a group and be as cautions as i can with out being paranoid. I have contacted the police many times regarding Squatters in the JHB Spruit defecating around the trails getting mixed in with the mud on a rainy day that makes it onto you eventually. Not to mention littering, lighting fires and robbing us. The police have done nothing that i can notice. The point i am trying to make is when you don't have a bunch of people to ride with and you have to go for a ride simply because it is your god given right to will you take the risk and go for a ride by your self ? I have a bottle of pepper spray i take with me sometimes. Multiple choice questions When confronted by a criminal and you have the upper hand managing to over power him do you......... A) take him to the police so they can let him go again ? B) tie him up and give him mind altering drugs and brain wash him into being a fairy of love and sunshine ? C) make friends and give him a job as a gardener so he can make something of his life D) make friends and give him food and rubbish bags in return he helps keep the spruit neat E) beat the living crap out of him and let him go ? F) break his arms and let him go ? G) kill him and burry him near the trail ? H) place his head on a pole as a warning to others ?

  5. lucky bugger .... There is a cable car at hartebeespoort dam which is hardly used with a nice stretch of mountain ether side of it to build some killer runs. pretty sure they would make a killing there. maybe Dullstroom. Schoemanskloof, Pretoria. there is also some people building some DH/FR stuff in the freestate.
  6. I was talking to some people on this site about getting a Freeride/downhill forum on this wonderful site to help bring people together who enjoy this growing side of MTB. We see a great need to have a forum like this to create awareness and to help people know where to ride. what do you guys think ? ? ? ? ?
