  2. compression pans ? i dont want another headache lol
  3. hey i ride mtb and do about 15 to 25 km each time. I push hard when i ride standing when going up hills and peddling my a$$ of every where else, popping wheelies and jumping off any obstacle i come across, punch every berm as hard as i can and pump every ditch i see . If i have waited three days and ride i feel like superman and can ride for hours but the next day my flow is gone and the lactic acid feels like it is all over my muscles burning. I get tired fast and i struggle to breath and get a headache. What am i doing wrong ? and what can i do to help this ? I eat half an energy bar before and drink rehydrate the night before. help

  6. lol sorry i am just showing her off she is not for sale. the misses is going to be riding her when i am not wait that just sounds messed up . . you have to love santa cruz for their candid descriptions. I have a nomad as well plus my friend has the heckler so all in all we have 3 bikes we swap all the time for the price of one. we are planning a trip here next year. http://ridebig.com/trip_switzerland_alpenrock.html cant wait
  7. santa cruz chameleon frame medium size. Took components from a teocali super and put it on her. dirt jump, xc, freeride machine. They say you can put up to 160mm forks on this but its a bit of an over kill + the handeling flops im sure. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a44/congarong/DSC00990.jpghttp://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a44/congarong/DSC00991.jpghttp://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a44/congarong/DSC00992.jpg
  8. nice one TitusTi We tried to get critical mass going in jhb, we had about 35 people come the first one and it dwindled after that. I guess people where just to lazy to go out cycling in a group at night. It was fun while it lasted we went threw the jhb CBD bunny hopping hobos and bombing down random streets. I think the best way to do it is advertize on the radio.
  9. sorry about that man ... i hope you find him and kill him

  13. The majority of south african road users do not know how to drive. Taxi drivers are the No1 example of this behavior. You have a death wish if you ride your bike on the road its that simple.
  14. ? I dont have a wife' date=' girlfriend,?dog, cat?or child. Am I allowed to cycling on the road? [/quote'] only if you have a death wish lol . . . .
