Put this baby together for R12000 - 7.2kg

Just finished my latest project this week Scott Cr1 build 7.3kg with training wheels and 6.9kg with racing wheels,

Best value for money would be a fairly new used carbon Giant or Scott with Ultegra, Should be able to pick one up for +- 12000.....

New or used?

Looks just like the old raleigh, new paint job.......

Might make it this year...

If they have specials, will buy stuff if cheap, otherwise will stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read somewhere that most manufacturers import from Taiwan anyway?

I am in the market for deeper profile carbon racing wheels. I am not Brand conscious. I have seen the no name imported wheel sets being advertises on the web for between R5000 and R8000 new. Would appreciate some feedback from people that had some experience with these wheels?
