Hi Hubbers, I have been out of training since the 94.7 as I had work commitments in Venezuela. On Wednesday 5 July 2006, I will have spent 105 days in Venezuela since mid January 2006. The question I pose to you - "Assuming I can start training on 10 July 2006 and I want to ride in the Carousel (9 August 2006) what should my training be? And thereafter I want to race in the Lost City (26 August 2006) what should my training be?" I can add that I am now as unfit as can be so I will be starting from scratch. Do I do base miles first and then intervals etc?
