  1. Lunch is always an issue, its difficult to find something that is quick and easy to make but gives you what you need
  2. We all know pasta for carbs and eggs for protein, but what else is there. And what would be the best for a five day training week? That is relatively inexpensive
  3. Can't wait to get a pair myself
  4. Thanks very good advice and something that I'll consider
  5. Thanks for the Advice...its always helpful to get an objective opinion. I'll put a lot of thought into this decision
  6. Yeah look I think I'm reaching a point where better components will do me good, and I'm trying to say this without sounding like I'm blowing my own horn
  7. If I get this bike at no extra cost on my behalf then I can upgrade the frame on a better groupset, surely that would be a better way to go about it?
  8. Yeah thats right Sarel is my stepfather, thanks for the great bike really enjoying it, love the way it looks. And as you can see I have a bit of a dillema on my hands
  9. Yeah I'll consider upgrading thats always an option, although new ultegra groupsets can set you back. Thats ultimately what I would like an ultegra groupset on my frame, but I just don't see this deal ever coming round again. And I have the option to test ride the bike which I will do.
  10. Okay understood then I would like an opinion on whether I should sell my bike inorder to buy a 2010 KTM Strada 3000 with Ultegra, Alu frame and Carbon fork and Aksyium wheels?
  11. The main reason I'm asking is that I've been offered a KTM Strada 3000 with new Ultegra at a very reasonable price, and the ktm strada has the same frame materials and mavic aksyium wheels
  12. Its a 58cm I want R8000 atleast, its about 9kg but not exactly sure about the wieght
