Hi all, I would like to have your opinions on the following: Buying the best frame suited for someone with minor lower back injury. I have an unlimited budget. I like colnago, bianchi and pinarello, but what should I do with regards to buying the best suited frame set? I am currently riding a trek madone 5.5 Any suggestions??? Thanks

I agree. Its like someone read my comment and didnt understand. I crashed my bike and claim for the crack on my frame. Common logic says its accident, not wear and tear

You havent claimed yet. They didnt approve my crash which cracked my frame. Surely the terminology is accident and not wear and tear. As far as i am concerned

I agree with you. Read your policy, but also what if you had an accident and the you claim for your frame which cracked? Different story. Wear and tear is not on the shelve for that one.

I have the money and the time to take this case forward to the Ohmudsman and who ever it takes to have us clients to insurance companies treated with respect and honor our claims. mine broke off too but its the carbon look before the new force came out. i would like to sell mine
