Its not about the bike

Geoffro it'll make my weekend rides 10sec faster, so when I ride the Shova next year I'll break 3hrs (missed it by a couple of seconds this year!) Don't get me wrong guys this is the only bike I own and am NOT rolling in the cash. I'm just trying to loose a bit of weight without spending big bucks. I currently have the 105 pedal, and am trying to loose some weight, that is why I have looked at these two pedals in particular.

Scoe I was thinking of a lighter crank. But upgrading to ultegra will only loose me 50g.

Seatpost is kcnc (170g), bars planet X (230g), stem planet X (120g) and saddle is sella italia (185g). I'm happy with all of them so wouldn't look their to lighten up.

So my beauty weighs in at 7.75kg and I'm wanting to make her a bit lighter. Just got new EA70 wheels that are awesome, so was looking at my crank. Its a 105 and to upgrade to ultegra 6700 is only going to loose me like 50g! Any suggestions? Below is a pic.
