Brandon Stewart is by far one of THE most professional riders i have the pleasure of working with. And that goes for ALL the riders of DCM Chrome at this years Epic. Never once did i call for any heads to roll. As well as for any sponsorship to be withdrawn. That was brought up by readers of my original post. My plighgt was set to get a reaction from the mangement of DCM . Which i got.
Okay. Had a call from Jason.....THANX J So Ian gets back on WEDNESDAY and Jason goes in for operation on WEDNESDAY (good luck J) He says i'll be be sorted out after that........ COOL.......Finally some progress. After being given the run around......
As for the language thing....Please grow up and read some other posts where much worse language is used..... Yes i went over board by posting 2 posts on the same topic. I was hunting reaction from the DCM guys , And got it....So my B*tching worked..... As for never getting a job on another team.....I have a long history of working with pro riders and have gained alot of respect amongst them. IN YOUR FACE..... As for withdrawing sponsorship because of a lowly mechanic who >NEVER GOT PAID< Thats a bit rash..... Pay when payment is due. Rules of being the employer..... Imagine your bosses neglected to pay you at the end of the month........Not so lekker hey. It is a freaking weekend you clown the guys obviously have better things to do than sit on an internet forum and wait for thier company to be dragged through the dirt by an unhappy customer!!! And with the second posting of this thread it makes me think that you might be the double poster who posted that first conspiracy theory thread about DCM not paying thier staff!!! I have no need to hide behind other freaken names. I'm the one not being paid here. NO conspiracy about that...Only facts. If the riders are not being paid . They can fight their own battles. NOT my business. I am no customer of theirs. When they approached me and asked if i would help them at the Epic , I did not hesitate. Why should i wait more than 2 months for payment....
At this years ABSA Cape Epic , i worked for a prominent Pro-Team. Well the riders are pro..... Management FUKKEN sux................... I have still not been paid for the work i did as a mechanic. As the rates go, i did NOT charge an exsorbatant rate. 6 bikes @ R 140 per bike per day....... I used my own vehicle and diesel It is now two months and i am beyond giving up fighting. THANX DCM CHROME..........REMEMBER THE WHEEL TURNS.....
Moral of the story is...... The ethics of the management of TEAM DCM CHROME is now very questionable.......... Why employ someone to do something knowing full well you not gonna pay them. Thats just not done where i come from.....
Hey Retro.... All they say everytime i manage to get any dialogue out of them is that Ian......(team owner) who never even had the decency to great me OR speak to me for 5 minutes , has not signed off the invoices. BUT as we speak , i believe, some of the riders are abroad , racing. I charged a minmal fee.....By todays standards , the Epic would have cost them a minimum of R 2000-00 per rider.........
