The Daniels family have been trouble makers in the sport for MANY years. Can't see that things will ever change. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree..... As punishment i think both riders should be suspended for the rest of the year. They are U/16 for heavens sakes. Both parents involved should be stripped of any manegerial and positions held at CSA..... After-all.....They are the teachers of their childrens actions.....

As a small bike shop owner it is very disturbing to see these allogations being made. Because, unfortunately the smaller shops are going to be affected by the actions and greedyness of the bigger shops. What is there to do.....End of the day we are being dictated to as to what prices to sell our wares or lose the agencies for such..... Fair.......I think not.....

Owen..... I could not agree more.... Here you have a bunch of people runnun down a girl because she actually has tallent. If ANYof the other girls had her gift , they would be given the oppurtunity . Jenny Longo was 45 and still winning major races because her TEAM worked for HER. Imagine how John Smit would have done at the world cup of rugby last year if he was alone on the field..... Most of you just get on yr bikes and ride them....And will never experience the feeling of satisfaction of winning... At the top level of our wonderful sport it is all about team tactis.....If Anriette wins.....That means her team wins.....

Most guys and gals that have cheap bikes don't realise that WE people who have expensive bikes also experience BAD days. And that the embaressment of going slowly up a hill is as big as the price of the bike. SO.....as i have the money to spend on my bike as i see fit....Remember this....I am paying for the possible consequence of riding slowly up a hill wtih someone who is thinking.....GOD he must be desperate to look good , cause he definitely cannot ride that machine.

Your lbs should be able to sort this prob for you. What happens is that water gets into the frame and onto the axle, This then start a grinding effect. Its not a major job and should be sorted in a matter of minutes.
