I had a problem like that as well. TorqZone then took the pivot behind the rear shock apart and put a paste between the carbon and alu bits. All sorted since then. Give them a call and chat to William, I cant remember what the paste called

Did they build a time component into the calculation. Looks like that to me. My index dropped from last year as the last event I did was in Nov.

947 max was 181 with ave of 162 Didn't get my tapering right so legs was a bit pap for the race. Ended up with 2h55 from E. I do all my interval training on a IDT and have found it very difficult to get my HR to 170 on the trainer but on the bike on race day average of 165-170 not a problem. Friend of myne, same age, same fitness level will be at a HR of 155 when I`m at 165. So HR figures are very personal and can be very different from person to person.

soooo, I clicked on my age instead of open seed when I entered. So that why I got VA. Now Im the lucky winner of FL as all the better number taken. So I cant blame asg for my seeding but will be taking my frustration out on the FL group.....

Seeded me VA so looks like seeding not done properly again Will reseed myself to A or B depends on how the legs feel.

I have to say I'm quite impressed with the organisation of this race so far. Applied to be reseeded yesterday, received a call this morning. And Ive been reseeded to i group. Better than ii. I rate I should be in E but I`ll take it.
