Yes we where very blessed with the weather holding up nicely, I'm convinced the momentum series it will, their web site says so, startes May/June. Does anyone know the exact distances for Saterdays course? How do they chose the SA team to go to Spain, ready something like the first 8 finishers in each age group?

Really looked forward getting a good indication of form compared to Afriman, now the rain/mud will definitly play a part. But who knows, maybe its not as bad as one thinks and we dont have to dodge mud pools left and right.

Hi Guys just want to know, I was involved in an accident yesterday. My phone was damaged thus I could not take to Motorist detail. As soon as he saw I could not take his details he left. A witness said he will sms me the details which I have not received. Luckily I'm ok, bike is damaged, but not so bad that its unfixable. I do however know I was not at fault as I had right of way. Would it be worth will to report this incident to the police? I do not remember his registration number. Think it was CW 819 GP (White Opel Corsa) Guy works for Eskom as he had Eskom Cloths. Ironically his excuse was Cyclist are not supposed to be on the road.

Went to Cycle Lab in Pretoria - Lynnwood, for set-up, very very disappointing worst R450.00 ever spent, my personal opinion is that they had very very little knowledge about any form of bike set-up. Let me walk you through a set-up, measure your height, measure your hip, plug in a pc, set saddle, knee 30 degress......... and thats it. No checking of cleats etc. O ja and the check to see if your position no the TT bars are 110 degrees.

Why is cycling so flippen expensive bike service/set-up/upgrade/nutrition/training. Well at least it’s fun. So guess ill shake the wallet some more.

Hi, can anyone please assist. I'm looking for someone in pretoria East that knows a thing or 2 about TT bike set-up (Road bike with Clip-on), but does not charge R700.00 for a set-up, and will be able to do so this coming Saterday? Thanks
