Stupid question guys, But can someone collect your race nr. on your behalf? Racing VB's but never had an issue collecting my own race nr. Does the person collecting have to show your license?

I ordered a ultegra 11 speed from them. Worked out at 14% vat plus some handeling fee of R300...
