  1. This might work better on a pc or console gaming forum than a cycling forum... good idea though...
  2. I also have a frame that I ant to get resprayed for my gf. Who can respray a frame for me with a custom design? Wont be any fancy graphics.
  3. Its more about the video than the pictures imho. The photo ability is an extra. Digital camera would be better for stills.
  4. I would be carefull with this one. Specs says it does 720p video but not at what FPS, should be at least 60fps to be good video. Its "OK" if you are happy with not too decent video quality. 5mp camera is not bad but once again there is no gaurantee that it will be good quality photos
  5. Am I the only one seeing the similarities in this thread and this one ? : https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/130843-had-to-klap-a-okie-today/
  6. When I gently brake , front or rear , I get a shudder from the discs. Also makes a horrible noise. What causes this and how can I solve it? Didnt use to do it,just the last 2 rides or so. Disc bolts are still tight and pads are not worn down. They are quite new.
  7. There are many of these small format cameras , Other best ones are the Drift and the Contour which I use for skydiving.
  8. I miss my 350z...
  9. Thanks bud
  10. How do you see if tyres are tubeless tyres? This one for instance? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=78372
  11. Which maxxis did you use?
  12. So the rims are good to convert? I dont mind buying tubeless tyres , since I dont like those Kenda Small block 8's very much.
  13. Thanks Bloody Agent
  14. No i dont want to do the getto thing lol. Want to use the stans or similar kit. I want to do it properly so if I have to buy new rims and tyres then so be it. But if these will work Ill use them.
  15. Dont know if you are serious or I am too noob to get the joke lol

    MTB weight

What is a good weight for a MTB? Mine comes in at around 14kg's and I have no idea where that is on the scale(of how much mtb's weigh) Im not a weight freak or anything , just interested.
  20. Well that little bit off info changes EVERYTHING! I now might consider tubeless as my next upgrade Im such a noob lol Thanks for all the info guys!
  21. Can you put a tube in a tubeless tyre?
  22. My biggest concern is being stranded 10km from civilization with a tyre off a rim or a sidewall cut that the sealant cant repair. Seriously 500gr savings or lower pressure wont be enough to convince me to move away from tubes at this stage. I would rather buy much lighter rims or other parts then? Its easy to carry 2 spare tubes in a small backpack/camel back/saddlebag combination.
  23. How do you add sealant to tubes? I know you can buy tubes with sealant.
  24. Snake bite is the pinch thing right? That is the most common cause of my punctures.
  25. So I dont have tubeless , and get a puncture now and again , then I replace the tube , quick 5 min job. What happens out on a ride when a tubeless get a flat or puncture? Does tubeless not get punctures?
