  1. You must be exited for the new upgrades at Plaisir wine estate. They are looking so good
  2. Ooo yes a good tech climb is always fun. I enjoyed Irish 7 & 8 in Jonkers this weekend its just a pity it take 300m of accent to get to them lol.
  3. Being some what responsible adults now days and not high flying youths that spend most of the time on one or no wheels, I wanted to find out what do you enjoy the most when out on trails? As a MTB skills coach I work with all levels of riders and it seams like there's no consensus as to what's the most enjoyable features trails. Some love the gnarly steep stuff, some line the manicured jumps others enjoy a challenging climb. So my question to you is, what's you favorite feature to find on a trail and why?
  4. Hay I'm Eugene, I know this is way late but I have started to do MTB Skills in the area. I'm an internationally qualified skills instructor and have over 5 years experience. I'm helping a few people in Stellenbosch now and we go to Jonkershoek often. If your still looking for some help you can pop me a call/message on 082 561 6643
  5. It's not set up, I've done a 250km and nothing but as soon as I hit corrugation my back goes, no matter the distant. I run my tyres at 2 bar. I gym 4 times a week so it is also not my core.
  6. Hallo I own a Scott hardtail and my back hurts when I ride on corrugated roads or long rocky sections. Someone said that a carbon seatpost would help a lot with this pain. My question to you is, what post would you recommend and what are the main things to look for in a post (e.g. Post flex or offset)
  7. i am training for 35km and i want to get into the top spots .The only problem is that i dont have a training schedul and i only ride 20km per day . I'v tried to find a schedul but only got road or long distance scheduls. so any help or pointers well be appriciated
