Have a look at some 2nd hand hardtails. You can buy a much better bike 2nd hand for the same price as a new one. Dual sus bikes in the 15k bracket is not worth it unless you are willing to settle for an older model or even a 26"

Specialized is overpriced for what you get IMO. My brother in law bought a Chisel in January and I couldnt understand why it cost so much. Retail back then was around R28k and it doesnt even come with a dropper post. I know the groupset is probably where the money lies but I just felt it is too much.

My cousin has got a fireball dirt and my 2008 chucker 2.0 came with alot better componenets than his. The new generation fireballs is not as good as the older fireballs with regards to standard good qaulity parts.
