What's happening this Sunday? How is the racing going to work?

Congrats Helivac, Germiston Wheelers and Frosty. That was a great event. Really tight, really nice. Strongest riders won on the day. No place to hide.

I rode the 2.5 w/kg at 17.30 last night. A few guys there. Phoenix and Zuma the leader was also SA and a woman whose name I have just forgotten. Leaker ride, thanks

I sometimes do the 5.30 pm ride on a Monday night. 1 hour with some leg speed intervals. This is not a race. Remain in the group and it is much easier than being by yourself.

I am putting DI2 on my road bike and need a handlebar for the internal junction box. I know many have used Flyxxi and I have used Hongfu in the past, but which road bars do you suggest for this. I have one which is very flat and it is not too comfortable.

My wife and I were for a short while watching the men 60+ and women 50+. On one of the first laps of the race the men came past us as we standing at the Lady Loch bridge intersection. The men were racing with a farm truck right behind them and in the truck's slip stream was a hand cyclist. The race commissioner was trying to get the truck out of the way. The commissioner was overtaking the truck on the wrong side of the road around a corner where there was a solid white line. That was an accident which has was about to happen. That was a very unsafe moment in the lives of all the riders especially the para cyclist would have gone under the wheels of the truck should it have braked suddenly. The commissioner was trying to manage a situation which was totally out of his or her control.

Rest in peace. My the family be comforted during this very difficult period.
