  1. I have used it and not impressed. Had a small devil thorn puncture which never sealed. Just emptied all the sealant on the floor. The main issue is it doesn't have any particles in it like Stan's and Joe's type sealants have which clog the holes.
  2. https://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/csixx-thick-thin-sram-chainring 32t With 6mm Offset Please!
  3. Your specials are not so special anymore
  4. Sorry about your experience, this hits very close to home its my local route I ride it almost everyday. There is a massive hole in the fence near the bridge to nowhere which leads straight onto M3. Great escape route.
  5. These too please! https://www.evobikes.co.za/tyres/mtb-29er-tyres/maxxis-aggressor-29x2-30-tr-exo-dual-60-folding.html
  6. Any chance these could go on sale? https://www.evobikes.co.za/tyres/mtb-29er-tyres/maxxis-minion-dhr-ii-29x2-30-folding-rear-tyre-exo-3c-maxxterra-tubeless-ready.html
  7. Another attempted mugging today, this time on the R44 coming into Stellenbosch just before the R310 turn off. 3 guys ran into the road and attempted to mug a friend of mine.
  8. Usb plugs into a phone charger or usb wall adapter. Charge times are the same I reckon.
  9. I have this one and the Ryder light (1500lumen model). The CWC light battery is average at best, loses its charge quicker than the Ryder. The Ryder throws a much wider and brighter beam, the CWC light has more of a focus spotlight beam.
  10. Mine are all legit it seems, serial numbers, vittoria cable tie holding the package together. And not a single issue as yet. Not to mention bought at a great price compared to any other LBS - so thumbs up to CWC from me.
  11. Please can you put the vittoria Peyotes on sale. Pleease http://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/vittoria-peyote-29er-tnt-tubeless-tyre
  12. Just a note: Being a grey import doesn't imply it is inferior quality. The grey tyre would likely have come from the same factory as the tyre in your favourite LBS - just via different channels. To me it sounds like you are saying you bought counterfeit tyres - that is something different
  13. Ironic much: I still find it hard to believe that grey imports will be of a different quality to the stuff that the Official distributor brings in. They surely come from the same factory, and if not where would the inferior ones be coming from?
  14. Okay, going to have a look at mine this evening. Purchased from the same store you did.
  15. Did your "grey" tyres come in the original vittoria packaging with the cardboard insert and vittoria branded strap thing holding it together? Just without a serial number?
  16. A clean game involves healthy competition. The SA cycle industry desperately needs a pricing shake up.
  17. I have a new AC freebody sitting on my desk at home if you don't come right.
  18. One of the best spots in Grabouw would be the Trail's End Hotel. They cater specifically for outdoor enthusiasts, family friendly with something for everyone. I believe you can also buy your permits for all the Grabouw trails including Oak Valley and Paul Cluver there now. http://www.trailsend.bike GRTP is also an amazing place, they have built a new dorm style accommodation for riders, definitely worth the drive out.
  19. Vittoria Peyote Front, Barzo rear. Fast rolling and tough as nails
