  1. First up is my pride & joy - 2019 Giant Anthem Adv Pro 1 with a few upgrades. Secondly is my Scott Scale 920 (MY 2015) which I've converted into a sort-of-gravel-bike thing. I would still love to own a proper gravel bike with the correct gearing etc.
  2. Have to agree! On my second one know- what a machine. I've ridden one with a 120mm on the front - such a fun bike
  3. Hi, do you need that setback post? Could extend your stem by 10/20mm and buy a normal Lyne dropper. I used 1 for over a year without a single problem.
  4. Thanks Rouxenator Yes, they're finishing the bridge as we speak. I saw it on their FB page
  5. Thanks Rouxenator. I take it you've done the 60? Anything specific we need to worry about? How accurate is the total ascent? I've done a 50km race at Bottelary and it was great (long ago though)
  6. I have too- thus far my favourite. After testing numerous other saddles
  7. Here's a local review on the Norco http://fullsus.co.za/bike-review-ripping-trails-on-the-norco-fluid-fs1/ Fuel EX is a great bike, I love the left field option Norco gives you. Pretty substansial dealer network for a niche SA brand! Norco builds proper machines though!
  8. I've added the cSixx goodies since, and the Holy Rail
  9. Should be imminent! Judging by the way the new Adv 1 frame-only looks - 2020 Giant Anthem's should be AWESOME!
  10. Congrats malduik. what a machine! I left all the colours standard on my one, just added some gold. A XX chain, cSixx chainring and jockey wheels- all gold!
  11. Yes, I love my Lyne adapter too! Large frame swallows 1.5 - 1.75L of fluids with ease. I rode with a dropper for a couple of months before removing it. I like the sleek look more.
  12. Hi Malduik I own one, and it is a really good bike (IMO). If the price is right, you're getting a full carbon bike, carbon hoops and a bulletproof GX12-speed groupset. The Maestro susp has been discussed at length- nothing fancy, it just works. I find the grey and black rather striking to look at too. Keep us posted!
