  1. Hey, so i'm riding my first crit tomorrow, and I'm not sure what do expect/do. when do i take my energy gels? How much energy drink must i take? should i bother taking a power bar with? how fast are the WCPA races ( avg speed) should i do a warm up ride ? quite nervous Thanks josh
  2. Not sure if their is a exact ratio, but on a MTB it is a lot harder to cycle than on road bike (on road). But i don't think it is double as hard at all.

  7. hey, i'm looking for anyone riding around west coast, Durbanville, table view any where that side of the world. i'm looking for rides during the week. even if you know people that ride during the week in these areas can tell me there details. i'm 17 and my parents don't let me cycle alone after school . getting tired of cycling up and down the cycle lane and spending hour's on the spinning bike. regards, josh

  11. Yeah, I did have an operation a week ago but its been this high for a long time. I will get it checked out, soon.
  12. its defiantly correct, I use a HRM on my bike and when training at gym. They say the same.
  13. I've been cycling for 2 years now. I use a HRM, my Max is 220. should I get it checked out? It goes from Max to avg quite fast. I check my heart rate before I cycle. It is currently 103.
  14. I would like to consider my self fit; I cycle around 300km per week and go to gym 4 times a week. But my resting heart rate is around 105 is that normal. I'm 16
