I went on a training ride ride tonight and see children riding without a helmet before a car in. I was shocked when I seen it happen right before my eyes. Also last week when I when also on a training ride also seen children riding like crazy people on these busy roads. The children rode pass cars which are standing on the side of the road and don't look behind them before passing the cars. I am riding every night and see things like this happen. I want just to say to these kids parents to talk to them of road safety and the importance of road safety. Also to wear helmets even though they just ride around the block but this is very important for all the people out there. You never know what's going to happen on the road. You could end up in hospital or die if you don't wear a helmet. So please just do it for the safety of your children.

My favourite song is zebra and giraffe arm yourself or maybe the straatligkinders avontuur van 'n hartbreker or die berskermer. Also Foto na Dans natuurlik verlig. These three bands I just love them.

milky4130 They play gospel music and come from Australia where they have a church in Sydney.

This is a very good band but I wish I could attend the concert but maybe next time.

I am really glad that Christiaan Prudhomme kicked him out of the Tour. Now liquigas must pay a fine of 100 000 Euros. I hope sooner or later he must realize what he did.

I think God has a plan for all of us. God saved me a lot in my cycling and really glad that I have someone like him in my life.

I was really dissapointed when supercycling interviewed Robbie Hunter and they have shown a picture in his phonak cycling kit but why not one in Barloworld because he rides now for Barloworld and not Phonak anymore.
