    I was sent a lovely clip by my mate taken off Supersport with Gerald de Kock narrating my epic fail of a fall and naming me in person. Name and surname! Worst of all it just shows the lame tumble without any context of how I got in the situation. Needless to say a year on, it makes it's rounds on Whatsapp every now and then when I get a bit chirpy...

    there are loads of rides with groups that won't cost you money. Table Mountain Bikers @TMBikers runs 3-5 rides a week. On Tuesdays and Thursday mornings theres a road ride for 40km around some pretty awesome areas, give me a shout if you keen to hook up.

    I am looking to join a group that are keen on a regular Tuesday and Thursday ride for about 2 hrs starting around 05:30. whats out there? I know Bike + does a road loop on Tuesdays but I have a MTB only at present. Who's keen to get a regular thing going?
