  1. Hi Guys, Anybody know who the local disti is for Vision wheels? I see the Vision site it says ASG, but on ASG site they dont list Vision as a brand... Interested in getting a set of Metron 55 But dont want to get it if the part support is going to be lacking. Cheers /h

  5. Hi Guys, Just some feedback; after going through new bearings re-greasing etc my LBS got in contact with Cannondale, the brand manager came past the shop and had a look; Long story short they ended up giving me another frame! Now that is service! Things are looking good at the moment Maybe when the bearings were pressed in at the factory they were not aligned properly or something causing a minor tolerance issue...
  6. Hi Guys, I really like the Ridley Noah, who sells them? I have not seen the brand at any shop i have been in... Cheers /h
  7. @Li - 100% understand how it works i use it on all my carbon parts. I am not sure it has been faced to be honest... Also no cups just bearings (BB30) This could be par of the issue ill phone my LBS and find out exactly what they did or did not do
  8. @Li - I have this at home, has fine granules in it does the Tacx one have that too? http://www.leisurela...sembly_gel.jpeg
  9. Faaaantastic, thanks guys ill give it a shot
  10. Thanks for the reply guys, i take you use what you guys are recommending on the outer bearing race when pressing it into the frame?
  11. Hi Guys, I am sure that most of the guys who ride BB30 knows what i am talking about Both my road and MTB have BB30, my road bike has had the bearings replaced (after 2 months from new) and it is staring to creak again not even two weeks later. My MTB - brand new went out on the first ride last Saturday and its already started creaking, I dont like anything noisy on my bikes and its driving me absolutely insane I have done some reading on the net and it looks like a common thing for BB30, some guys actualy opted to install the pressfit BSA adapters to sort the issue (convert their BB30 to BSA), others say you need to use loctite 609 when pressing the bearings in which solves the issue and not to use grease... Does anybody have some advice or know of anyone i can go to that will be able to sort this out for me permanently ? Cheers
  12. Awesome thanks guys that is the one! Thanks for the offer RudoJ i am looking for the mineral one specifically but will give the other a shot too after i tried that, i will let you know! I ride in the cradle often, also part of the Velo club so i ride with them some weekends too, maybe we can meet up somewhere and do a few km's? Pop me a PM @Anine, i take it was in the vitamin section?
  13. so many options lol how much is the DYNAFORCE and where can we get it?
  14. Lol thx dude @ Ryan, i read most people prefer either NUUN or the High5 Zero - i suppose its all upto price from here
  15. Cool thanks will give them all a shot, this should all be available at Dischem?
  16. Not Zym or Hammer, but thanks for the feedback guys, will put those on my list. The hammer, is it this one: http://www.hammernutrition.com/products/endurolytes.elt.html Then you just open up a few capsules and drop the power in your bottle?
  17. Not Nuun, its was something arb like Pssssshhhhh or Psssssss and a South African product... yeah, yeah i know lol
  18. HI Guys, Hope somebody can help me; a few weeks ago (before the 94.7) there was a stand by the rhinopark circle in the cradle with people promoting their new non fizzy tablets that you drop in your bottle for use while riding, the three options were: Ginseng Vitamins Minerals I cant remember the complete name of the product, but sort of remember the colors and graphics on the tubes, i have been to many pharmacies but did not managed to find them. I am basically looking for a non-fizzy mineral/electrolyte tablet that i can throw in my bottle and ride with for rides under 2 hours. There are way too many carbs in the sports drinks out there that contain electrolytes for everyday use in rides under 2 hours IMHO. If you dont know the name of the product but can recommend something that would fit what i am looking for i would appreciate it. Cheers
  19. You can break it with a normal breaker but you need a special one to install the 11 speed pin properly, its a finicky story and if not done right the chain is almost guaranteed to break at that spot.ITs easier and more reliable to use a Power/Missing link Thanks Spinnekop
  20. Cool i have read most guys use it twice with no issues but at the cost one per month is not too bad. That is how often i completely remove my chain for a deep clean
  21. Ah ok cool no worries, ill give the SRAM one a try
  22. Fantastic thanks Devide, i agree; if the 10sp SRAM link works then way pay more? Where did you get the 11sp KMC links if i may ask?
  23. Great, had a chat with Hannes from HotSpot too now and he has been running it fro a while with no issues
  24. Hi Guys, I was wondering if anybody here is running their 11 speed chains with the SRAM 10 speed PowerLock? I have read up on the net and spoke to a bike tech at one of the shops and they say it works without issues. The other option is the KMC 11 speed Missinglink but other than importing it myself not sure where i am going to get that. The issues with the 11 speed chains is the tolerances when installing using a normal pin and if not done right they break, which makes removing the chain for a proper clean a real hassle. Cheers
