Nothing Quite like riding in a Reserve where you are never quite sure what is around the next bend! Certainly sharpens the senses and adds an edge to the ride.What an awesome pic- even better that you took the time to stop and take it! too often I think we get too caught up in the ride, the pace, the time etc and don't fully appreciate the beauty of being OUT THERE! Well done and thanks for sharing, it has made me want to get back out there 'soonest.

Hi there This "Tough Tannie" is not as tough as she used to be and is finding the cold and dark rather unappealing these days- please give me some advise on what indoor trainer to buy. I have a fair degree of experience, having done an Epic, Sani2sea, many Argus's and others. I have also used a spinning bike and various programs to help with my training in the past, so the system will not just gather dust. I have been through a number of posts on your site and realise that there is a huge range available out there - was hoping that some of you, who are actually USING various systems, could give me some input and ideas on price, product and appropriate software? I like the idea of an indoor trainer rather than a spinning bike so that I can have a better cockpit setup - is this relevant? Thanx-looking forward to your input!
